Job Description 

Digital Account Managers are typically in charge of overseeing digital client accounts. They serve as the clients' point of contact throughout the procedures, identifying and meeting their needs while adhering to the company's policies and regulations. Also, as a pioneer of the team, who can build up the teams for each scope growing, and make growth along with company’s scope growth. Proactive, and have hunger to do something.

Responsibilities

  • Apply digital knowledge, insight and experience to help solve client’s business problems
  • Build, develop and grow strong relationships across the organization’s business
  • Continually monitor the client relationship and when necessary, act to mediate between the team and the company’s client, especially on difficult or contentious issues - to help the company get the best from the digital team
  • Set expectations and interface closely with all stakeholders to proactively de-risk delivery and to ensure highest levels of team’s performance
  • Understand Client’s business, objectives and the markets in which they operate
  • Promote the brand, its work and integrity to Clients and others
  • Generate new ideas– both tactical and strategic
  • Manage and control day to day Client contact
  • Produce and distribute agendas to Client prior to the meeting taking place
  • Produce contact reports from all meetings and key telephone conversations (to be distributed, in normal circumstances, within 24 working hours of the meeting)
  • Attend and chair work in progress meetings with the Client
  • Attend strategy and planning meetings (when appropriate, presenting at these when required)
  • Ensure Company standards are maintained with regard to the quality of written communications
  • Presentation of creative work (with Account Management / Creative teams as appropriate)
  • Prepare creative briefs and specifications, obtain Client and internal approval and brief Creative and Technical team
  • Develop objective creative and technical judgement in answer to the brief
  • Define the scope and timings of projects.
  • Prepare detailed functionality specifications
  • Has strong understanding of Social media environment in KSA, and Influencer trends
  • Manage internal and external team resources.
  • Practice digital project management through the project lifecycle
  • Ensure production schedules for all work are produced, updated and distributed to all those concerned
  • Ensure that creative and technical quality is upheld throughout the project management process.
  • Ensure the client understands what to expect
  • Ensure all work produced is on brief and to specification (with senior team), and are delivered on time, on budget and to specification
  • Constantly seek out new ways to enhance and add value to any proposed digital concepts.
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Develop and build strong relationship with digital media partners.
  • Create, develop and manage content client’s web presence (requires working with content management software)
  • Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all digital projects
  • Work with a cross-functional team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all digital projects
  • Copyedit and proofread all web content
  • Oversee freelancers, including writers, copyeditors and community outreach organizers
  • Keep updating cross-functional team with emerging and new digital technologies
  • Ensure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in university
  • Digital Marketing experience (planning and execution) with more than 8+ work experience
  • Know how to build up marketing (campaign) plan based on the data insight analysis
  • Strategic thinking process: how to utilize the data points to build up consumer journey hypothesis
  • Data story telling - how to deliver the message with logical story telling by utilizing the data points
  • Good presentation skills - Build up the idea as good looking presentation format (Power Point)
  • Technical background: Data analytics
  • Hands on experience of Digital media (Google Search & Display, Facebook AD) from campaign planning / execution / performance analytics
  • Web analytics experience (Adobe analytics or Google analytics) to utilize as target customer profiling
  • Adobe marketing platform (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.) knowledge and experience will be plus
  • CRM platform (SAP Hybris, Sales force, Adobe campaign) running experience will be plus
  • AD tech knowledge on DMP/DSP will be additional plus
  • Advanced data analytics (SQL, Python, etc.) knowledge and skills will be optional plus
