Job Location: UAE & Saudi Arabia 

Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales based in the UAE or Saudi Arabia. The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading the business development and sales strategy within the GCC, with a key focus on the UAE and KSA markets. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, building new client pipelines, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of the events and production industry and a strong Arabic-speaking network in both the UAE and KSA.

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: 7–10 years
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in events, activations, or production
  • Strong network in the UAE and KSA markets
  • Arabic language proficiency is mandatory
  • Saudi experience preferred for KSA-based roles
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
