The role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring profitability, and streamlining operational efficiency in the events or production vertical.

Qualifications

• Years of Experience: 8-10 years
• Strong leadership experience in event management or production companies
• Financial and strategic management skills
• Ability to lead multiple departments, including sales, operations, and creative
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
