Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive social media plans that align with the client's marketing objectives.
• Content Creation: Produce engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to each platform.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience interactions promptly, fostering a positive community around the brand.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and provide actionable insights.
• Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company's online presence remains innovative and effective.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the content creation and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in social media management, preferably within the creative or digital marketing industry.

Skills:

• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
