Job Role:  Media Manager

Job Description

• Day to day client management and servicing, with the help of his director the manager will be accountable for the overall client satisfaction.
• Take detailed briefing from the client and translate it to the performance team and any other potential stakeholders.
• Create effective plans and solutions to the client business.
• Build and deliver client reports with client useful insights beyond the media metrics.
• Keep the client up to date with current market Media & relevant business trends.
• Building the right recommendation, the manager should have a strong planning background to be able to deliver on the client planning requirement.
• Affluent knowledge and understanding of the Digital Paid Media touchpoints showing a sound knowledge of the workings and capabilities of the platforms.
• Build relationships with the diverse media partners, knowing what are the available solutions in the market that can be valuable to the client.
• Capable of aligning with all internal parties to collect his consulting, planning and reporting requirements (Performance team, Strategy Lead and Ad ops team)
• Business Development, the manager will play a key role in pitching for new business using his planning and communication skills to support in delivering winning pitches.
• Skill and Knowledge development, the manager is required to have a curious mindset to learn about new products, solutions, platform updates to elevate his output to clients and his output and support to his colleagues.

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years’ experience in a Media agency or similar role.
• Arabic Speaking.
• Strong knowledge of the digital platforms.
• Basic knowledge in Offline Media.
• Strong communication Skills and ability to collaborate.
• Strong analytical skills.
