Position Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Coordinator with 2 to 3 years of experience in the shipping freight and forwarding industry in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). 

As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and sales support to our clients sales team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. 

This role is ideal for someone who is adept at multitasking, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering results.



  1. Assist the sales team in managing and coordinating sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and client follow-ups.
  2. Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
  3. Collaborate with internal departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure smooth execution of shipments and delivery of services.
  4. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy of contact information, sales records, and related documentation.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries, providing information about services, pricing, and availability in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Coordinate with logistics providers, vendors, and other external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  7. Monitor and track shipment schedules, providing regular updates to clients and addressing any issues or delays proactively.
  8. Prepare and analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and market research data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  9. Assist in organizing and participating in sales meetings, presentations, and industry events.
  10. Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and competitors' activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales collateral, and online content to support sales efforts.
  12. Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.


  1. Bachelor's degree 
  2. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role within the shipping freight and forwarding industry in the UAE.
  3. Solid understanding of shipping logistics, freight forwarding processes, and international trade.
  4. Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), and other sales support tools.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  6. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain data integrity.
  7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  8. Self-motivated and proactive, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  9. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with diverse personalities and departments.
  10. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
