Job Role: Commercial & Facilities Administrator

Job Location: Dubai (Jebel Ali), U.A.E.

Job Description:

  1. Reporting to Commercial Director
  2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehousing and logistics field.
  3. Familiar with JAFZA policies, procedures, and custom rules
  4. Responsible for all commercial contracts & renewals
  5. Insurance coverage updates & claims.
  6. Facilitating approvals & permissions for business operations
  7. Commercial liaison
  8. Office administration including facility management.
  9. Familiar with Jebel Ali Free Zone warehousing activities, Custom Duty, FTA formalities.
  10. Excise Tax knowledge will be an advantage.
  11. Age 35 years+
