Job Description 

• Develop the brief
• Able to assess ideas being on brief and give feedback
• Complete Projects in the time frame and budget
• Responsible for client budgets spending, costing, invoices & collection
• Tracking and reporting client business performance for the agency
• Managing Client Involvement and Updates
• Ability to solve problems and overcoming challenges
• Establishing relationships with new clients
• Maintaining relationships and Retaining existing clients
• Identifying and Growing accounts
• Strong Negotiation Skills
• Logical thinker
• Recruiting, Training and Managing Account Executives
• understanding of advertising methods and techniques
• Collaboration with Creative on Mid-large Projects
• Presentation Preparation and Development
• Agility and ability to Work under Pressure and deliver on timelines

• Accounts Handled: Mainly Private
