• Manage the entire HR functions.
• Visa and Legal issues
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Oversees the entire Payroll process including bonuses and monthly inputs
• Involved in the planning of budgeting, salary structure, pay policies and oversees variable pay systems
• Providing ongoing guidance to both the manager and employee throughout the PIP(Performance Improvement plan)
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands or grievances
• Coordinate induction plans and training programs
• Plan & Coordinate corporate events
• Preferably Females .
