Job Description

• Work with internal departments and managing the internal production teams for carpentry, Styro and Branding & external vendors to plan and implement a variety of live, simu-live, and pre-recorded multimedia web events, providing content, technical, and logistical support
• Advisor on vendor selection, technology upgrades and implementation
• Collaborate with the Virtual team to execute a flawless digital user experience with technical expertise imbedded into the virtual platform and mirrored in onsite execution
• Supporting the overall vision of CEO on the Go
• Identify key success key performance indicators (KPIs) for the virtual environment and drive towards the successful accomplishment of KPIs, and document recommendations towards future-state environments
• Maintain knowledge and research trends in event technology, brand activations, attendee engagement, technology, techniques, style and strategy
• Responsible for the development and cross-functional management of virtual event engagement strategy and initiatives
• Liaise closely with all departments, particularly to develop and monitor gantt charts, schedules, responsibilities, and deliverables associated with assigned events.
