Quickly growing company. Smart, Special people, doing amazing things. We are looking for a dynamic HR Director to join our fast-growing company. The HR Director will lead our company’s transformation and have primary responsibility for our teams across Saudi Arabia. There is a great mix of both the strategic and tactical aspects to this role. Developing strong connections to the company’s vision. Mentoring and developing the HR team.

Our business is going through significant changes to enable our marketing and advertising business expansion. To achieve our ambitions, the business will go through various transformations. People are a critical element to make our business transformation successful. The aim of the position of HR Director Business Transformation is to own and drive the people agenda in one or multiple business transformations across all people touchpoints. This starts with scoping HR expectations and goes until the delivery of all requirements within the boundaries of time, cost & quality.
The position holder will act as a strategic advisor to the MD and CEO, and owner for People elements across all HR disciplines (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Rewards), working closely with the executional teams around the world.

Job Responsiblities:

  • Take overall ownership for one or multiple People Transformations as part of a wider business transformation.
  • Transformation Program Delivery
  • Development of high-level plans which provide guidance for development of detailed plans by executional teams.
  • Create transparency on progress and identify risks in a timely manner
  • Foresee interdependencies between needs and escalate dependency issues proactively and co-create solutions to solve issues
  • Offer solutions effective in meeting set targets and satisfying business and HR requirements
  • Work closely with the upper management on defining required support and lead scoping of needs and collaboration model
  • Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
  • Support the CEO and MD for the business regionally to create and optimize all facets of our team members workplace lifecycle experience.
  • Support company and segment goals and objectives (KPI's, Scorecards and individual goals)
  • Attend and participate in team member coaching sessions, disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Accomplish special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expedite fulfillment; evaluate milestone accomplishments; evaluate optional courses of action; change assumptions and direction.
  • Support business partners and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines, communicating, and enforcing organization values

Skills and Requirements:

  • In depth knowledge of HR best practices and the systems that support them.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to maintain a wide range of multi-departments and cities relationships at all levels of the organization utilizing influence, communication, facilitation, and presentation to effectively define and manage positive change.
  • Proactive/self-starter, high energy, growth mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed and often ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating successfully with global teams to deliver impactful work and timely results.
  • A very good understanding of financial management and Human Resources impact on results.
  • Problem solver able to consistently think strategically, with a bias to action, and uphold our high ethical standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, attracting talents across the market
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related HR software.
  • 8+ years of Human Resources experience with at least 5 years as an HR Manager supervising an HR team
