Job Description

Financial Operation

• Proper financial records are kept
• Ensure that Network policies is adhered to

• Problem areas are proactively identified and recommendations made in writing to all concerned 

• Accurate and complete financial reports are prepared and submitted to Local and regional management on a monthly basis.

•  Results are thoroughly analyzed with the MD , problem areas and variances against the latest budget are reported to the finance team In writing

•  Exceptions and problems are exposed and recommendations made

•  Cash flow is effectively managed 

Budget & Forecast

•Budgets are reviewed on a quarterly basis identifying and reporting the variances to all concerned parties 

•Variance against previous budget are analyzed and reported to the regional finance team

Receivables & Payables

• Review and follow up on Both receivables and payables reporting problem areas to the local management and regional finance team

Daily Transactions

• Check and approve daily transaction. ensure all supporting document are properly enclosed and in accordance with the Policy and procedure and internal control procedure

Taxes

• Review of  Tax according to local laws and ensure that  taxes are  submitted on time ( Monthly , Quarterly and Yearly as applicable )

Ad Hoc reporting

• Ensure that all Ad hoc reports requested by the management are attended to and submitted within the requested timeline

Control

• Ensure that all document are properly signed and dated by designated personnel according to the policy and procedure

Job Requirements: 

• The ideal candidate must possess in depth experience working in a multinational media agency - medium or large size. Familiarity and experience with media agency day to day operational requirement and media industry applicable commercial rules and practices is required. Working experience in the UAE is required
•  FM will be expected to build good working relationship with our media partners/suppliers. Working experience should cover traditional & digital media suppliers and landscape.
