Business Growth

  • Enrolment of new clients within the organization and secure qualified RFPs.
  • Constant growth of business through RFP conversion and ensuring repeat business with the existing client.
  • Research market and business trends to ensure the pipeline is always well planned and confirmed business ratio is well maintained.
  • Introduce the organization and get listed as an active and preferred vendor for the organization.

Brief Collection & Documentation

  • Understand the brief and the expected outcomes from the clients in what is expected from the activity.
  • List down job details and identify parties involved in the activity and obtain confirmation from clients to ascertain all aspects have been taken into consideration.

Creative brief Documentation

  • Detailed creative brief document to design and studio team.
  • Creative document to be sent along with reference images.
  • Continuous follow up during the creative and design process

Proposal, Presentations & Sales Order

  • Compile all aspects of the job and prepare a presentation with quotations.
  • Present ideas and proposals to clients.

Coordination and Communication

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on a day-to-day basis and update clients on day-to-day progress.

Procurement

  • Procure suppliers and vendors including multiple quotes for various jobs through the tendering process.
  • Ensure costs are kept at minimum with quality standards being adhered with.

Operations & Production

  • Plan operations schedule and coordinate with relevant teams.
  • Understanding production standards, procedures and materials used for the business.
  • Constant evaluation and check on vendor quality and timely delivery.

Reporting

  • Prepare activity report for internal use only for review of project performance review.

JOB CONTEXT

  • Needs to have thorough knowledge of Events, Festivals, and Marketing concepts & theories.
  • The position manages business development and client partnership and ensures growth hence supporting the Commercial Director to achieve the overall business objectives.
  • The work requires a high degree of precision and timely execution hence involving Project Management Tool.
  • Excellent communication skills, which includes written and verbal followed by Presentation skills for having concepts approved by client.

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

  • External Stakeholders: Clients & Suppliers 
  • Internal Stakeholders:  Internal Team Member

KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelors/Masters in Events/Business Management/Commerce/Advertising
  • Complete command of the spoken and written English language (Arabic language preferred)
  • Thorough knowledge of applications including Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
