Administration & Procurement Officer

As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for managing the day-to- day admin and procurement related matters at our production facility iMussafah, Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Finance Department.

Job role:

  • Handling internal communications and memos
  • Acting as an assistant to the HR department and handling employee related communication and forms
  • Monitor budget for each project and seeking approvals from the finance team. Including purchasing new materials, use of in-house materials, logistics and manpower
  • Source and manage outsourced man-power
  • Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and materials
  • Submit production invoices to finance department for processing
  • Manage petty-cash, suppliers invoices, receipts etc
  • Maintaining transaction records using excel and sharing with the company’s accountant
  • Managing the overall tidiness and clinginess of the premises

Eligibility:

  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously when required but also collaboratively and effectively within and across teams and offices
  • A minimum of 4 - 5 years
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Accounting skills/training a plus
