Administration & Procurement Officer
As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for managing the day-to- day admin and procurement related matters at our production facility iMussafah, Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Finance Department.
Job role:
- Handling internal communications and memos
- Acting as an assistant to the HR department and handling employee related communication and forms
- Monitor budget for each project and seeking approvals from the finance team. Including purchasing new materials, use of in-house materials, logistics and manpower
- Source and manage outsourced man-power
- Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and materials
- Submit production invoices to finance department for processing
- Manage petty-cash, suppliers invoices, receipts etc
- Maintaining transaction records using excel and sharing with the company’s accountant
- Managing the overall tidiness and clinginess of the premises
Eligibility:
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously when required but also collaboratively and effectively within and across teams and offices
- A minimum of 4 - 5 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Accounting skills/training a plus
