 Production Supervisor (Wide-Format Digital Printing) 

As a Production Supervisor of wide-format digital printing, you are responsible for managing, mentoring, and leading the wide-format production department. Ensuring quality production, finishing, and installation is done efficiently and on-time. You will be given the opportunity to flex your production skills and experience to help manage and drive the business’s high-end production facility in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be supported by a great and production team that are already very well respected throughout the industry.

To be considered for the role you will need:

• To have come from a related environment including the production of signage, branding exhibition stands, custom displays, acrylic fabrication, lettering, vehicle branding, POS, indoor printing, large- format outdoor printing and integration of AV and digital displays
• Thorough understanding of the latest materials, adhesives and methods of fastening signage to various surfaces
• Ability to work closely with our carpentry team to ensure proper branding of structures
• Knowledge of large format digital printing and finishing including roll and flatbed (UV) printers, sublimation (fabric printing) and solvent printing machines.
• Knowledge in the production of indoor and outdoor signage production and installation
• Knowledge in CNC and laser cutting
• Proven ability in managing high value projects
• High levels of energy and enthusiasm to create an environment of highly motivated individuals Sound knowledge and commitment to safe working procedures
• Ability to problem solve and work under pressure
• Flexibility and willingness to work long hours and weekends when necessary Strong communication skills - negotiation, management and leadership

Eligibility:

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously when required but also collaboratively and effectively within and across teams and offices
• A minimum of 6 - 8 years in Signage and Wide-format printing industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication skills
• Strong trafficking and project management skills
• Valid UAE Driving License is a Plus
