General accountabilities:

  • Effectively manages the Agency creative, events and activation customers, budgets and team structure by taking charge in delivering state of the art output as well as delivering profitability and budget management.
  • Ensures that the Agency services are integrated and geared toward the best interest of its customers’ businesses and ensure clients’ satisfactions by meeting deadlines at all times.
  • Identifies internal and external opportunities to grow the business on short and long terms.
  • Continue to position the Agency as the value for money advisor who is always there for its customers’ business needs.
  • Responsible of meeting set deadlines as well as the Agency commercial objectives from daily work flow to invoice and inventory management, financial tracking and campaign cost control.
  • Nurture and develop team capabilities and reinforce capabilities.
  • Assist in the supervision of research when needed.
  • Ensure internal systems and processes are followed.

Reports to the Operations Director through the following components:

  • Status report by client.
  • Campaigns progress report.
  • Regular face to face discussions.
  • Financials: payables, receivables and profitability situations.

Experience:

  • Having performed at a renowned creative agency in Saudi for at least 6 years (Jeddah or Riyadh, with preference for Riyadh).
  • Have worked on managing the works for well-known Saudi, regional or international clients on Saudi soil.
  • Experience in events and brand activation is a must.

Benefits:

  • Monthly package (includes basic salary, housing and transportation). – To Be Discussed
  • End of year bonus based on business and individual performance following a yearly appraisal, after the completion of a full fiscal year.
  • Two (2) round trip tourist class airline tickets to home country.
  • 35 paid vacation days (Saudi labor law allows 21 days only), due after completion of year one at the Agency.
  • At least one training per year upon identifying development needs (ref. Appraisal).

  • Agency supports in financing non-refundable medical amounts.

Other details:

  • Starting date: March or April 2021
  • The Agency will cover fees related to the transfer of residency (iqama).
  • Probation period: Three (3) months.
  • This document is not an offer and will be replaced by a formal employment agreement as per the standard terms and conditions of the Agency, all compliant with the Saudi labor law.
