We are assisting one of our international Insurance banking client hire a Broker Relationship Manager for their UAE Office in Dubai.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• 5-6 years (+) of managing broker relationships in UAE, insurance industry
• Bilingual (Arabic/ English speaker) will be preferred
• Successful track record with the focus on achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and coordinating skills
• Graduate with insurance industry qualification.
• Well versed with general & health insurance products

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the first point of contact for broking partners and must engage in an open and trusting relationship
• Build and manage successful relationship with brokers & clients
• Create and implement engagement plans for each Broker /client based on scope and scale of their operations aligned with company’s offerings and risk appetite
• Build quality pipeline and implement pipeline management for each broker to drive sales volumes
• Engage with brokers in regular meetings to transfer product knowledge, company propositions and offerings, understand and resolve their issues
• Engage into proactive relationship with brokers who introduce leads from market
• Gather market intelligence and perform market trend analysis on latest developments
