JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

Bilingual (English and Arabic) with minimum 8 years of HR and or client management in Middle East. Location: Based in Dammam. / Must have Iqama or Business Visa


Job Role:
Task1:

  • Overseeing the recruitment of candidates in the production industry (Media Production – Film, Radio and AV/VR etc)
  • Recruiting, shortlisting candidates for HOD to interview before submitting to client
  • Meeting with Government level Senior Executives to discuss candidates
  • Managing recruitment process with our various partners.
  • Day to day liaison on recruitment process including:-

1 – Visa applications
2 – Research on visa regulations with COVID restrictions
3 - Apply for passes, IDs and being the day to day contact with 15 plus employees
4 - Problem solving
5 – Generating weekly reports

Skills:

  • Pro-active attitude
  • Excelling client liaison/management skills
  • Accurate with budgets and administration and excel reporting
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to Multi-task and work with various vendors and or freelancers as required
