Senior Digital Account Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in the development of strategies along with fellow team members. If requested, be prepared to present materials to fellow team members and/or clients in an effective and professional manner.
  • Partners with key agency teams to develop clear, concise project briefs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams within the agency, such as User Experience, Creative, Development, and Analytics, to ensure that project objectives are met, and that we are delivering the best integrated solutions for our clients.
  • Aids in the development of client SOW’s, proposals and estimates, by conferring with team members and project managers, accounting and production personnel. Conducts research, reviewing projects of similar nature and scope, as necessary. Ensures client understanding and approvals prior to work commencing.
  • Become the steward of any assigned projects. Monitor the progress and implement necessary changes in an effective and timely manner. Share updates with team lead on a daily or regular basis. Make team leader aware of any potential changes or problems early and actively formulate possible remedies.
  • Collaborate with project/integration managers, and act as a supporting project manager, monitoring project budgets against deliverables and schedules. Share updates with your team leader, team members, and accounting on a regular, timely basis.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to execute assigned projects.
  • Reconcile billing and estimate variances. Review proposed billing, update accounting with any changes, monitor the timeliness of the billing and its correctness.
  • Research and create a venue to report ROI to the team and, if assigned to you, the client. Evaluate effectiveness of programs utilizing sales and marketing information, research and client input.
  • Communicate with team members and client in a professional, effective manner. Share appropriate information regularly. Attend and conduct meetings. Generate and circulate communication pieces for the team, ensuring the timeliness, accuracy of each.

  • Generate client growth by pro-actively directing development of new ideas and recommendations.
  • Assist with new business development.
  • Assist in training and mentoring assistant account executives, coordinators and interns that are assigned to the team.
