Our Client a privately owned food company based in Dubai, whose business stretches across Restaurants, Manufacturing, and Distribution, which innovatively cater to custom made cooked quality Frozen food to F& B, Hospitality and HORECA sectors across the GCC are looking for Marketing Manager for their Restaurants Section.

Scope and General Purpose  of the job

Flexible and versatile marketer, responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels. Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. Hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. Responsible for maintaining and growing the company’s brands within the Restaurants, FMCG & Food Service sectors, in addition to the company’s corporate communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of all marketing communication aspects, in support of the operations and sales teams in order to achieve the company’s targets and objectives. The candidate will work independently on special projects according to agreed timelines and special requests

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining and growing the company’s brands within the Restaurants, FMCG & Food Service sectors, in addition to the company’s corporate communication.

Responsible for the development and execution of all marketing communication aspects, in support of the operations and sales teams in order to achieve the company’s targets and objectives.

Work independently on special projects according to agreed timelines and special requests

Liaise with the internal teams, agencies, suppliers, aggregators, industry partners and in-house graphic designers for the implementation of ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.

Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic

Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis

Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups

Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely

Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies

Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Analyze consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

Maximize awareness of our brands where relevant.

Create join marketing plans, project manager, and be the expert on the features and developments of our brands app.

To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn

Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field

      Requirements

      Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing/ Marketing Communications or related discipline.

      7+ years marketing or agency experience Food & Beverage Industry, running successful insight-led marketing campaigns

     Good knowledge and experience in the latest offline & online marketing trends

     Detail-oriented executor. Skilled at planning, organising, prioritising and executing simultaneous projects and activities at once.

     Proven track record in making things happen - delivering results quickly and efficiently.

     Arabic speaking is an advantage.

    UAE driving license

    FMCG, Food Retail or QSR experience is preferred
