Our client in Abudhabi, a restaurant that caters to people looking for healthy, balanced food and collaborates with experts in healthcare and hospitality sector to deliver wholesome cuisines for varied health demands are looking to hire a Brand Manager.
The Brand Manager is responsible for leading the different Verticals that fall under the Parent Brand. Assisting the team in the development and execution of strategic and brand's value-centred plans. He/ she contributes to the development of his/her brand in terms of identifying the targeted audience, how to reach out to them, business analysis and new product development for the brand's established verticals(Café, Healthcare Catering, School Catering, Meal Plan Catering etc).
Lead brands' restructure plan, develop and implement all the plans that have been decided for the brand. Explore new opportunity for the business.
Visit and inspect Cafes, hospitals, client locations, meetings with Dr’s and decision-makers at the hospital and at the schools and other clients with whom we would work with.
Work with the Operating Teams of each team very closely and mentor them on the brands' expectations in terms of quality of tangible and intangible service and product quality.
Understand each of the business vertical and in accordance with market trends and analyze the market segment at which the Cafes/Services is aimed, along with prices and competition to provide brand-related reports and data as requested.
Working with the costing departments on the costing for each of the segments and ensure that we are competent in the market against our competitors.
Plan and organize events, prepare promotions on our verticals of services and products in coordination with the Marketing Department in order to maximize sales of the brand and capture a bigger market share of our businesses.
Coordinate with Operations Director & Finance on all the budgets and costs.
Work on understanding the flow of each of the business vertical and finalise the best operational plan for the business.
Proactively put in place action plans when targets are not reached, and take full ownership and accountability over the brands P&L account.
Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate his/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
- Bachelors In Nutrition or Business Administration.
- 3 years of experience in a similar environment.
- Fluency in English, Arabic, is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ideally with a Healthcare of Fitness Vertical Experience
