Description of Role

Primary responsibilities include creating, implementing and measuring marketing campaigns, buildings market data, working with sales to create target lists, optimizing customer and prospect engagement across all marketing channels, optimizing salesforce effectiveness, and creating business reporting analytics. The Generation Manager works closely with members of the sales, information technology, creative, client relations, and executive team to achieve objectives.

Key Result Areas

  • Provide lead generation and campaign support for sales team
  • Identify, qualify and provide go to market strategies for new markets
  • Lead the creation of targeted lead lists for both the new business and key account management teams
  • Manage creative, ad, and landing page testing schedule to drive improved campaign result
  • Create, manage, and execute marketing strategies across channels that drive customer acquisition based on strategically targeted audiences and messaging
  • Manage the strategic optimization and day-to-day aspects of the company's paid channels including SEM, display, affiliate, and paid social
  • Own all lead acquisition metrics including budgeting, CPL/CPA, and conversion metrics
  • Monitor real-time data to support the day to day optimization's of digital marketing channels
  • Develop and maintain reporting across social channels to understand ROI and growth opportunities. Show measurements that reflect the growth and impact of all platforms
  • Manage the strategy and development of content and audience building and targeting
  • Support company website development and content within
  • Support Brand guidelines and delivery to the company.

Experience

  • Experienced in marketing automation software such as Bronto, Hubspot or Marketo , pardot

  • A track record of delivering sales growth through marketing initiatives in a B2B setting
  • Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices and procedures specializing in new business development as well as selling additional products and/or services to a base of account

Competence and skills requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and at least 5 years in the field or related area
