We are recruiting for a" Director, Digital Strategy", who is an experienced and knowledgeable thought leader in the digital space and who is adept at digital strategy, influencing stakeholders/clients and is a confident, poised, and excellent communicator, yet with an affable, engaging, and collaborative demeanor. 
 
If you are PASSIONATE about all things digital  have relevant digital advertising experience, love numbers and analytics, KPIs, are able to relay meaningful insights from raw data and convert that intel into meaningful actionable next strategy steps, we"d like to hear from you……..

Requirements (include but are not limited to the following) …… 
  • Minimum 7-8 years of professional experience in digital advertising 
  • Expert knowledge of paid search, search engine optimization, digital media, social media, mobile and technical ad operations 
  • Excellent public speaker and communicator, ideally with new business pitch experience 
  • Strong storytelling abilities (deck writing, digital POVs, trends and case study writing) 
  • Google Marketing Platform, Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Data Studio and tech stack synergy 
  • Outgoing personality and proven track record managing high-level client relationships 
  • Ability to distill raw data into meaningful reports, insights and areas of opportunity 
  • Masters or Bachelor's Degree in a related field 
  • Digital agency experience required 
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following) …… 
  • Developing digital strategy, planning and client presentations 
  • Writing thought leadership and staying on top of digital trends 
  • Proposing innovative technology and developing client"s test-and-learn roadmaps 
  • Recommending and evaluating new vendors and tools based on client goals 
  • Automating processes and generating operational workflow efficiencies between teams 
  • Working with media and sales to contextualize trends and establish KPI benchmarks 
  • Actively participate in industry events and public speaking
