Job Description:

  • Make outbound customer retention, premium reminder calls (dual language preferred)
  • Must maintain high level of Client acquisition, Retention and Reactivation of Policies
  • To be able to communicate effectively with the customer
  • Should be able to deal with business enquiries.
  • Should be able to gain the customers confidence
  • Work simultaneously with multiple computer applications
  • Handling of customer complaints and providing solutions
  • Strong ability to convince the customer to continue making contributions towards the plan
  • Attend to customers visiting the company’s office for cancellation and accordingly conserve the Plans
