Roles and Responsibilities:

Job summary: The employee in this job shall play a vital role in creating, implementing, and managing the social media department along with creating strategies and campaigns. This role requires a creative and strategic individual who can effectively engage the target audience, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth through various social media platforms.

Job tasks:
1- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals, preferences, and expectations
- Build strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, updates, and proactive problem-solving
2- Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's branding and marketing objectives
- Identify and analyze target audience preferences, behaviors, and trends to inform content creation and campaign planning
3- Content Creation and Management:
- Create and manage engaging and relevant content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Produce a variety of content types, such as text posts, images, videos, stories, and live broadcasts, tailored to each platform's best practices
4- Community Management & Engagement:
- Foster and maintain an active online community by managing the community managers team in order to respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner
- Build relationships with followers, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction
5- Campaign Execution:
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns and promotions that align with product launches, events, and company initiatives

- Collaborate with the events team to promote upcoming events, conferences, and seminars via social media
6- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance data, and generate insightful reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies
- Use data-driven insights to optimize content, engagement, and audience targeting strategies
7- Stay Current with Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure the company's social media presence remains innovative and effective
8- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media platforms
- Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing strategies
9- Team Management:
- Supervise and lead the Social Media team, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development
- Conduct performance evaluations and ensure the team's productivity and effectiveness
10- Crisis Management and Issue Resolution:
- Address any issues, concerns, or challenges that arise during campaigns promptly and professionally
- Implement effective crisis management strategies to maintain the client's reputation and brand image
11- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the social media marketing budget
- Ensure cost-effective strategies and allocate resources efficiently


Desired qualifications:
1- Work experience
- 9+ years of Social Media Marketing experience, preferable in multinational advertising agencies & leading local social media agencies
2- Academic qualifications
- BS degree in Marketing or equivalent, from a renowned university

3- Technical/Computer skills
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics and listening platforms, and content scheduling software
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends
4- Interpersonal and other skills
- Ability to clearly communicate information both verbal and in writing
- Ability to work under pressure, to meet deadline, and to be detail-oriented
Location and Travel:
- The basic work location is in Riyadh
- This position might require occasional travelling
