Job Description:

You are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter and Operations Support professional to join your team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our day-to-day operations and talent acquisition efforts, with a specific focus on sourcing technical engineers, particularly within the blockchain industry. You will work remotely, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

Identify and source potential technical engineers, with a strong emphasis on the blockchain sector.

Interviewing and Assessment:

Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates to assess their technical skills and qualifications.

Prepare detailed interview reports for management's review.

Operations Support:

Assist current UK and European technical engineers with the setup of registrations and provide ongoing support as needed.

Maintain progress and report updates to management regarding ongoing projects and tasks.

Communication:

Liaise with outsourced partners and provide any additional support required by management.

Hours and Schedule:

Work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed to accommodate different time zones.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
2. Previous experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the blockchain industry, is highly desirable.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in conducting remote interviews via phone and Zoom.
5. Detail-oriented with the ability to prepare comprehensive interview reports.
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
9. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
10. Western or Arab expat preferred.
