Job Role: Client Services Director

Job Description

Manages client expectations and ensures the delivery of business services, products, and solutions to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and brand preservation.
Takes responsibility for the quality of service delivered to clients, ensuring clients obtain maximum value from products and services. Answers client queries and collaborates with production to get data in client-desired formats.

Duties and responsibilities 
  • Ensuring that the organization's culture is upheld and implemented by all departments 
  • Build best-practice processes and systems to scale up the account and project management teams, enable them to better serve client needs, and increase opportunities for account growth 
  • Manage the account management team, motivating continued excellence in deliverables and client service 
  • Managing client accounts and establishing new accounts . 
  • Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and goals to develop customized action plans, and empower the internal team to implement those plans, ensuring the realization of shared goals and mutually beneficial outcomes 
  • Maintaining client relationships by communicating regularly with clients about their accounts 
  • Providing clients with information about new products or services that may be of interest to them based on their current needs or situation 
  • Learning new operational tools to assist team members 
  • Recommending new projects, operational standards and improvements, and customer service procedures
  • Foster a client-centric approach by nurturing existing client loyalty, implementing strategies to attract new clients, and continuously innovating to increase the value proposition for both current and potential client 
  • Implement transparent and efficient payment and invoicing procedures in collaboration with clients and project managers to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions 
  • Work closely with finance on financial reporting, planning, and forecasting for clients
 
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field 
  • 10+ years of experience working within the same industry of companies in brand activation, creative, or event management 
  • 5 years of experience in managing, supervising, and coaching teams 
  • Strong stakeholder management and client connection skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
