1. Manage and lead Warehouse operations team for smooth and timely operations.

2. Strategically oversee the Warehouse activities in alignment with the company’s policies and vision.

3. Manage receiving, warehousing, distribution, Inventory, Procurement and maintenance operations.

4. Identify & Implement Warehouse process improvements adhering to standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

5. Maintain standards of Health & safety, security in the work environment in accordance with the HSE policies of the company.

6. Recruit, support and provide training to Warehouse operations staff.

7. Ensure to meet the customers agreed SLA’s.

8. Liaise with the customers, Vendors, Transporters & internal departments to optimize operations.

9. Ensured the WMS is updated accurately on time and all the Warehouse activities are invoiced to avoid any revenue leakage.

10. Monitors and achieve key performance indicators (KPI) for operational efficiency.

11. Maximize Warehouse space utilization.

12. Ensured the periodic maintenance of Material Handling equipments and facility.

13. Contribute to the development and management of budgets for Warehouse & logistics operations.

14. Prepare and submit MIS reports, Performance reports to the General Manager
