1. To prepare quotations to direct customers and agents to sell the company

2. To administer all quotations and services in the company

3. To negotiate rates and conditions of suppliers in co-ordination with the Commercial Supervisor.

4. To maintain statistics of offers and performance of customers and careers/suppliers.

6. To communicate with our agents and/or other departments, so that all people involved know all agreements with customers and suppliers.

7. To comply with norms laid down in document, General Job Description

8. To deal with our agent network on daily basis for costs, pricing, local requirements and to obtain customer or market feedback.

9. To directly get in touch with customers to discuss offers, projects and business development possibilities.

10. Be open and willing to attend customer visits in Dubai either with or without the sales supervisor to maintain the customer relationship.

11. Negotiate with our agents and shipping lines for local charges and ocean freight costs.
