1. Maintain relationship with shippers, agents, agency, principal, feeders.
    
2. Analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills when under pressure and with tight work deadlines
    
3. Good computer skills (shipping software, related logistics/ shipping/ marine certification, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    
4. Experience in the Middle East / Africa region or a similar environment preferred
    
5. Commercial flair and ability to develop new business
    
6. Knowledge of Terminal operating systems, shipping operations, vessel services and port rotations
    
7. Able to effectively manage and communicate with a diverse and multicultural team
    
8. Management experience in Logistics with strong Sales & Business Development capabilities
    
9. Strong leadership, management and motivational abilities
    
10. Good communicator at all levels in English
     
11. Independent work style but team player
     
12. Experience in international environment an advantage
