Job Description

• Analyze and lead on tendering and contracting
• Prepare contracts, and negotiate prices while focusing on quality and delivery time
• Budgeting, costing and analysis
• Build relation with suppliers and evaluate their performance
• Make sure all services and products are delivered on time and as per the purchase order
• Provide support and guidance on procurement matters
• Maintain record of transactions and purchase orders
• Assist in report analysis to senior management
