    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ OUTPUT EXPECTED

    • Plan, Develop and Execute marketing objectives and activities in line with the overall objectives of the company, upon approvals from management
    • Develop and execute yearly marketing strategy and plans
    • Creation and execution of all marketing materials in line with the marketing plans/strategy.
    • Planning and promoting products and services
    • Prepare and adhere to approved marketing budgets by scheduling expenditures and analyzing variances
    • Ensure consistency in messaging and tone of voice.
    • Analyze and monitor competitors and their product offering enabling to enhance the products.
    • Gather and analyze customer insight
    • Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share
    • Engage customers on social media and monitor on daily basis. Prepare reports on weekly basis.
    • Drive direct marketing and conceptualize cross-selling.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and source to develop strategic partnerships to meet their needs.
    • Maintain consistent and effective internal communication to ensure that all relevant company functions/achievements are informed to the internal customer.
    • Oversee the creation, development, and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials as and when required.
    • Update the existing website in terms of news, events, PR etc. whenever necessary.
    • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations (if needed, based on prior approvals).
