When we take on a new search, we begin by getting to know our client - we learn about the company’s culture, its history, and its current business objectives. Of course, we also learn all the details of the position, everything from the necessary skill-set and experience to what the employee’s day-to-day job will include.
Then, we begin our search - we know where to seek potential candidates, generate leads, network in professional circles, and utilize multi-industry databases (not just job-portals). We screen candidates, not just for their skills and goals, but also for their suitability for the organization.

Our experienced team specialises in recruiting high calibre financial services’ professionals. We are partnered with most of the region’s Banks, Insurance Agencies, and Payment Providers for the recruitment of Junior Executives all the way to Senior Management.|

He has worked with Fortune 500 clients on a variety of Leadership roles in the financial services space. He has helped clients with Intelligence gathering, Market entry strategy, Succession planning and finding talent out of their own backyard. In his current role he works with Banks, Financial Institution, PE Firms, Venture Capitals, Wealth Management firms, Asset Management firms etc and help them find the best and most suitable talent across the region.
Rashmi is a seasoned Human Resources professional, having rich experience in recruitment. She has successfully managed projects that enhanced Talent Acquisition Process and Employer Branding. She comes with 6+ years of experience with Corporate giants like EY & KPMG, specialized in projects like University relations and Talent Acquisition, working with exceptional customers within the private and public sector. Her primary focus is to drive Talent Management within the firm and partner with job seekers and the employers, using the depth and breadth of her expertise and market knowledge to ensure finding a unique match.
Having a specialized degree in HR and two years of hands-on experience in Business Acquisition & Recruitments, both in India & the Middle East, Tanusha is now an integral part of the Marketing & the Advertising division at MBR Headhunters Dubai. As a Recruitment consultant, she hopes to contribute positively to the team and progress to help build promising career paths to our candidates.
Gwen is the Accounts In-charge at MBR Headhunters - Finance and Banking. She is responsible for maintaining client relationships and financial resources to keep the business feasible for operations.
